Matt will show you 7 bubbles from around the globe, including 3 Champagnes, and run through the different processes of how to make sparkling wines.

Ofcourse there will be Fromage & Charcuterie from those same sparkling wine regions too.

It’s the staple on anyones journey through red wine.. from light, juicy and delicate styles right through to big Burgundian beasts.. I mean what’s not to love about Pinot?!

So many countries produce great Pinot Noir and you are going to get to see why it is considered the Prince of all red grapes

Matt will show you 7 Pinot Noirs from around the world, all paired with Fromage & Charcuterie from those same regions.. in the cosy confines of La Cave.

Piedmont vs Tuscany

Sunday 2nd August 1pm - $90

The two big guns of Italian red wine production.. Piedmont and Tuscany!

Both regions specialise in very different varieties and styles, but both at the peak of their game.. Tuscan Sangiovese.. Chianti & Montalcino.. vs Piedmont Nebbiolo.. Barolo & Barbaresco.. it’s a big game really.. I’m not sure how we are going to do this for $90 a head.. but we are!

Matt has travelled Piedmont and Tuscany quite extensively, and he’s going to pull out some big guns for this event.

7 red wines, paired with Italian Fromage & Charcuterie.
