Probably the greatest beverage ever created… what’s not to love about Champagne really?!

Matt will show you 7 bubbles from around the globe, including 3 Champagnes, and run through the different processes of how to make sparkling wines.

Ofcourse there will be Fromage & Charcuterie from those same sparkling wine regions too.

French Rosé

Rosé is kinda our thing you might say.. and with the largest Rosé wine list in Australia, we mean business!

The French hands down make the best Rosé in the world and we just love this pink tipple at The Old Seven.

Contrary to popular belief, Rosé is not all the same.. in fact it is probably more diverse than most other wine styles and we aim to show that.

7 French Rosés paired with French Fromage & Charcuterie in the cosy confines of our cellar bar, La Cave.

This is the OG of our Wine Masterclasses, the very first one we ever did, and one of our most popular.

Alsatian Aromatic Whites

Alsace undoubtably produces the greatest aromatic white wines in the world… Riesling, Pinot Gris & Gewürztraminer to die for.. They also make some of the best Pinot Blanc.. not considered an aromatic white, but no Alsatian wine tasting would be complete without it.

Matt will show you 7 of his favourite white wines from Alsace, all paired with French Fromage & Charcuterie in the cosy confines of La Cave.

France vs Italy : A Red Wine Showdown

As the weather cools down, it’s time to bring back the France vs Italy Red Wine Masterclass..

We’ve hosted 5 of these Masterclasses.. Italy has won 3, to France’s 2.. Last year, Italy got one over on France with around 60% of the room declaring Italy the winner.. I guess we’ll just have to up the France game this year then.. challenge accepted!

Matt has travelled most of the wine regions of both France & Italy quite extensively, so you know he’s going to pull out some big guns for this event.

7 red wines, paired with Fromage & Charcuterie from both France and Italy.
